Redibuff
Satinising Wheels are designed for intermediate
polishing of manufactured metal products.
They
are excellent for blending out the grinding marks
of coated abrasives and finish a workpiece to
pre buffing stage.
All
wheels come prewashered for direct mounting on
tapered spindles on straight line or pedestal
grinders.
The
product comes in three grades for a variety of
hand addressed metal polishing operations.
Green
- medium grade wheels are the most popular grade
and best starting specification when recommending
a grade for a new application.

Satinising Wheels are designed for a similar range
of metal polishing operations to the Redibuff wheel
but is more dense so is better suited to finishing
flat surfaces where less surface conformability
is required.
The additional material provides increased product
life over Redibuff wheels. The BX satinising wheel
is also formulated to eliminate smearing and excessive
heat buildup sometimes associated with denser
nonwoven satinising wheels.
