A' Shape Mounted Points are designed for fast stock removal, for cleaning metal castings and grinding of work pieces with detailed shapes or limited access to work surface.

The choice of different shapes allows an operator to select the right profile for a wide range light grinding and blending operations.

Typical applications include
Foundry work - finishing castings
Deburring cut metal and
Tool and die and precision engineering work.

'B' Shape Mounted Points generally have a smaller
profile than the 'A' shapes and are better suited to lighter more intricate applications.

Typical operations include Tool and Die work, jig grinding and blending the contours of moulded parts. Sizes other than stock lines are usually available on an indent basis.

'W' Shape Mounted Points are essentially small straight grinding wheels mounted on a shaft.

Common applications include I.D. ( Internal Diameter ) grinding, jig grinding of bores and deep recesses and weld seam blending.
